

I made a menu of some breakfast ideas!
I’m always bouncing between sweet and savory breakfasts depending on my moods so I added recipes for each.
Baked oats are amazing! I have them either for breakfast or as a snack after lunch. I usually add about a cup of old fashioned oats, 1 scoop of protein powder, flour, baking soda, cacao powder, chia seeds (for gut health), plant milk, and my fruits and nuts/seeds of choice. I also recommend adding your choice of plant-based yogurt to top it off!
Chia Pudding is great for the gut and amazing snack. It usually takes 1-2 hours in the fridge to chill it properly but if you are having it for breakfast, I recommend preparing it for the night before. I use a plant-based milk, protein powder, peanut butter, blue berries, cacao powder, chia seeds (of course haha).
Egg Scramble with a side of Avocado is a great way to start the day. Depending on how hungry I am, I have 3 eggs, sautéed kale or spinach, cherry tomatoes, vegan cheese, and whole wheat toast.
Breakfast pizza is fun! I usually use a flatbread but if you have dough, do it! I spread pesto sauce on the flatbread and top it with shredded cheese, Impossible sausage, turkey bacon, and depending on the veggies I have (tomatoes, onions, spinach) than throw it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
