Have you used any of these tools? What should other platforms be listed?

I currently use Brandwatch (twirls), which is as awesome as the other tools I’ve demoed or used. SproutSocial’s social listening capabilities are limited, but I only used it as a demo, so I never fully utilized it to its full extent. Meltwater is pretty similar to Brandwatch regarding user experience and usability, but I mostly used that platform for PR functions.
